There will be tiny bits of green powder that lie at the bottom of the teacup. These are absolutely harmless. It is a characteristic of tea leaves that have undergone the "fukamushi" process.

After opening, seal the tea tightly so that no moisture gets in and store at room temperature. Seal tightly as well if storing in the refigerator. The tea will retain its freshness up to one year if the package is not opened.
